I put together a 101 day beginner CrossFit plan. These are my thoughts on what you could do with little to no equipment, just your own motivation. I think if you are interested in doing CrossFit, you should find a box and start there. But if you really want to get moving on your own, and you really don’t want to go to a box, I think this would be a good few months of moving to get you started. Be sure to check with your doctor and always trust your body and trust yourself. If something doesn’t feel right, don’t do it.
